Undefined variable

    Hi, I have recently noticed the following message when I access a book:

    Notice: Undefined variable: default_template in /srv/www/bangundesa/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/mooberry-book-manager/includes/plugin-functions.php on line 263

    I think this appeared before v3.0.4, but I currently have 3.0.4 installed.

    On my production site, I have set WP_DEBUG to false, so this notice does not appear.

    Any ideas?
