• Hello.

    I’m running WordPress 5.5, Divi 4.5.7 and Imagify 1.9.10.

For a while I’ve had a site-wide problem with 404’s, more specifically has /undefined been added to the URL’s.

This hasn’t been notisable for a visitor to the site, but Google Search console has reported 404 errors.

But, when deactivating Imagify the problem also resolved! It seems that Divi and Imagify doesn’t play nice together.

Have you heard about the problem with /undefined before? Do you know if there’s a setting in Imagify that could change the usage of the script where “undefined” is used?

    Regards

    Hi @ciltocruz

This is a known issue with Divi and Imagify’s WebP display (using picture tags method) feature.

At this moment, there are 3 possible workarounds:

    – use rewrite rules to display WebP (unless you use Cloudflare or CDN)
    – turn off WebP display option
    – use another plugin for delivering WebP

?Let me know if you need any further assistance, I am happy to help.

    Best Regards,
    Marko

    Hi.
Who is up to fix this? Divi or Imagify?

    Hey @ciltocruz

Our developer has checked this without success (we are not sure where is the issue coming from). We were not in touch with Divi developers yet but it would be great if they could check it as well.

I expect to get in touch with them in the near future and see what is their feedback on it. As long as the issue can be solved from our end, we are happy to provide a fix. I expect it’s the sam in Divi team.

Same problem on New site. Divi, WP-Rocket, Imagify and Cloudflare CDN.

Would be good to see this resolved with all these products still in use.

Unfortunately, yes. I still can’t precise when we will be able to work on it ??

We will definitely update this thread once we resolve it.

Thanks in advance for your patience,

    Best Regards
