"Undefined Undefined" First/Last with stripe receipt

When using stripe and not requiring billing address information, how can we pass first and last names of the cardholder during the authorization?

We’re seeing “Payment from Undefined Undefined” in e-mail receipts, including those sent to the user and to admins.

We know our user’s names and we’d like to pass them as hidden fields.

Since I’m sure someone will ask me: Yes, we plan to provide plenty of opportunity for users to observe and/or change the name we’re using, which they gave us at registration, if necessary, before submitting a card.
