Undefined offset on GFGAET_Partial_Entries.php

    Hello,
    after i’ve activated the GF Partial Entries addon, I see a Php notice about undefined offset on GFGAET_Partial_Entries.php on lines 203 and 213.

    I would not mind that, but debug.log becomes huge in very short time as this notice is fired on every single field of my form.

    is there a way to fix this?
