Undefined offset error message line 299

Hello I have set up cformsII and have this error message:

Undefined offset: 1 in /…/wp-content/plugins/cforms2/lib_render.php on line 299. Line 1 if I have this correctly is

}


The form sets up great but this error appears on my page.
