Undefined offset

    Gravity Forms version Version 2.1.2
    Gravity Forms Constant Contact Add-On Version Version 2.2.2

    Seems to be working fine, but when I submit my form I get the following two errors on the confirmation:

    Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in /var/srv/web16/corp/wp-content/plugins/gravity-forms-constant-contact/api/cc_class.php on line 273

    Notice: Undefined offset: 1 in /var/srv/web16/corp/wp-content/plugins/gravity-forms-constant-contact/api/cc_class.php on line 277
