Undefined offset: 0 in …wp-user-manager/includes/actions.php on line 117

Hi,

What does this mean? This error shows on my page both on the site and on the wordpree-admin, even though wp-debug is false. I get several weird errors thourghout the site: Mailpoet plugin doesn’t show any newsletters, Wordfence won’t scan my site, “REST API did not process the context query parameter correctly” (Site diagnose), ande my 301 redirection plugin gives a whole bunch of JSON errors.

If I deactivate all the other plugins, the problem persists. Also tried using PHP 7.4 instead of 8, without succes. Only when I deactivate WP User Manager, all problems are gone…
