undefined method M_Attach_To_Post::is_atp_url()

I simply upgraded the plugin to 2.0.66 using WordPress’ automated process. Then I could not navigate to any pages.

@lkagan – Have you tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin?

You might also consider using the Reset Option under Gallery > Other Options to put your settings (and a few other database entries) back to their defaults as well.

Thanks for the suggestions. However neither suggestion is possible using the WordPress admin interface as both the front-end and back-end are unavailable since both attempt to make a call to the undefined method, M_Attach_To_Post::is_atp_url(). The update results in a fatal error before any interface has been rendered. I’m fine keeping the version I had. I keep daily backups so restoring was a snap. I just wanted to post this error for your own Q/A purposes. If you’d like more info for diagnosing the issue, I’m happy to help.

@lkagan – Have you tried updating with all other plugins deactivated and using a default WordPress Twenty series theme?

I’m just not seeing what would be causing this error to occur unless there is some sort of conflict as this has not been reported before that I am aware of.

If no one else is reporting it, then don’t worry about it. If it becomes a problem for the site, I’ll step through the code and find the issue and resolve it. I’ll be sure to report back here when and if it happens, just in case it’s useful to you in the future.

@lkagan – Thanks, I do appreciate that … but Fatal errors always make me concerned, they’re just very difficult to sort out when they appear to be unique.
