"undefined index" WP DEBUG log notices in 0.8.1beta

After upgrading to 0.8.1 beta a new WP DEBUG log notice appears for every custom post type created with CPT UI until every custom post type is re-saved in CPT UI backend:
Notice: Undefined index: map_meta_cap in .../wp-content/plugins/custom-post-type-ui/custom-post-type-ui.php on line 144
