Undefined index SmackImpCE.php on line 258

    I get a
    “Notice: Undefined index: my_field in C:\xampp\htdocs\mpcf2\wp-content\plugins\wp-ultimate-csv-importer\SmackImpCE.php on line 258”
    on each core and custom field I have in my custom post type.

    And although I have no content in this content type I get a

    (0) records are successfully Imported !
    (2) duplicate records found !

    when I try to import e.g. 2 records

    Can explain in detail? Also mention what plugin you are using? If possible add a sample csv file to test.
