I have an error message at the top of each page that includes this plugin. It reads:

Notice: Undefined index: ssba_plus_position in …/wp-content/plugins/simple-share-buttons-adder/php/class-buttons.php on line 199

Plugin is up to date 7.4.10

Any help would be very much appreciated, thanks!

    Hi @sevesheldon,

Thanks for reaching out, apologies for the inconvenience here!
Those undefined indexes should have been added when you updated. We will be launching an update with a fix in the next 24 hours so look out for that.

In the meantime you should be able to remove those warnings by simply saving your configuration for the first time after the update. That should create any missing indexes. Thanks again and we’ll keep you posted!

Ok thank you. I have tried saving it since the update and no luck, still get the error message. I even deactivated the plugin, reactivated it, reconfigured it and saved it and same result. I appreciate the help!

    Hi @sevesheldon,

Just a quick update on our end! We recently updated the plugin to fix the undefined variable error you were seeing on your end. It should no longer appear.
Can you update our plugin and let us know if the changes are solving the issue on your end?

    Thanks!

Hi! Yeah I updated the plugin and the problem persists. I’m using version 7.4.12, is this correct? It still reads:
Notice: Undefined index: ssba_share_new_window in …public_html/gvlh/wp-content/plugins/simple-share-buttons-adder/php/class-buttons.php on line 488

@sevesheldon as the OP, you should be able to just set it to “not resolved”.

@galbaras do you know how? I didn’t mark it RESOLVED, they did.

    Thanks

    Hi @sevesheldon & @galbaras,

We recently updated our plugin and you should no longer have this issue.
Can you update and let us know if you’re still experiencing this?

I’m seeing this problem too, fully up to date with wordpress and the plugin.
