Undefined index in widget-output.php

    I’m getting an error message above the email text box:

    Notice: Undefined index: subscribe in …\plugins\subscribe2-widget-pro\includes\templates\widget-output.php on line 20

    Notice: Undefined index: unsubscribe in …\plugins\subscribe2-widget-pro\includes\templates\widget-output.php on line 24

    The error message disappears after hitting subscribe with a valid email address, but I never get a confirmation email.

    Any ideas?
