Undefined index in Model_PDF.php

  • Hi

    I’m currently working on a page that generates a PDF.
    I have a very weird behavior…

    If I remove basic text it works.
    If I add my text (around 200 characters), I have a blank page.

    I activated the Debug, I have the following issue :
    Notice: Undefined index: regular in /homepages/3/d468309272/htdocs/wp-content/plugins/gravity-forms-pdf-extended/src/Model/Model_PDF.php on line 1296

    Do you have any idea ? I need to display this text on my PDF… I’m currently stuck.

    Hey Olivier,

    It sounds like there’s a corrupted custom font setting installed on your site. Try delete all your custom fonts (if any) in the Font Manager and view the PDF again.

    Sorry for answering so late.
    I took a look in the different on line tutorial to check my custom fonts.
    I don’t have any.

    And I’m still stuck on my issue.

    I just want to add that if I remove some text it works.
    I did not specify any specific font in my text, it’s just basic HTML, so I’m lost…
    I’ve check the memory allowed for my script, it is OK.
    Let me know if you need the code, the URL or any other thing that could help.

    Thanks for that. I added that text to a PDF using the core template Zadani in our development environment and couldn’t spot any issues in its display. If I could, I’d like to take a closer look at your Gravity Form. Please export your form (a .json file) and email it through to “support[at]gravitypdf[dot]com” (replacing [at] and [dot] with the appropriate characters).
