    Hi @jamieburchell

Thanks for your question. When I went to the link you provided above, there was no page shown.

Can you please let me know? You can also contact us with a link to this forum thread and any screenshots of the problem here:? https://businessdirectoryplugin.com/contact/

As I wrote above, this is a local test site, so I don’t have anything online to show.

A screenshot would simply show a page with 5 PHP notices instead of the 5 areas that should come in with the respective shortcode.

Why has this question been marked as resolved?

Happy to provide any more details that are required for you to identify the cause of the errors from your plugin. I’m looking at the free version of the business directory with a view to upgrading to a paid plan, but I’m unlikely to recommend this to my client if basic functionality is broken.

    Hi @jamieburchell

Sorry about marking the ticket as resolved — we sometimes do that when we expect to hear from a customer directly. I assumed you might choose to send me some screenshots since we can’t share those here. Please accept my apologies — I’ve reopened it now.

Will you check if you have the same issue under these conditions?
    – all other plugins deactivated
    – any custom code removed
    – WP 2020 theme active
    – running the current version of Business Directory Plugin?
    – running the current version of WordPress
    – all site, server, and browser caches cleared

If you do have the same issue under those conditions, please let me know. I’ll also need specific steps to see the issue that you’re seeing, as well as a listing where this is happening.??If this is a local site, we’ll need access to a published site where the issue can be reproduced and accessed by our team.

To expedite the issue further, please do a short screencast of the issue or send screenshots showing the?exact?steps to reproduce the issue. We recommend useloom.com for the screencast and Lightshot ( https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html ) for screenshots. If it helps, you can number the steps and include links to the exact pages you are using when you had a problem.?

Please try that and let me know what you find.`

Thanks for posting here Jamie. The elementor features require a premium package purchase to work properly. You can read our blog post on that here: https://businessdirectoryplugin.com/business-directory-elementor/
