PHP Notice: Undefined index: HTTP_REFERER in /../wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/Generic_AdminActions_Flush.php on line 24

The way I understand it, the user-agent either sends this or not… In your code there is no check, so when user-agent doesn’t send it throws an error. Maybe build in a check?

    Hello,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
It appears that sometimes referrer is not sent.
You need to keep it enabled to make this functionality work.
This is now recognized as a bug and it will be fixed in future releases.
Once again thank you for bringing this to our attention
