Undefined Index error

I have this error that is popping up due to the widget. How do i fix this? This notice is showing on my active web pages. I have deactivated the widget for now until this problem is fixed.

Hi, I am still receiving this error. I tried changing the number and size of images. I have also turned off the automatic save and nothing seems to be working. Any other suggestions?
