Undefined Index During account activation

  • I have MWI setup correctly and pulling elements into my theme without issue but I’m experiencing an issue when new users attempt to activate their accounts. I get the normal errors of

    Notice: Undefined index: layout in /var/www/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/magento-wordpress-integration/mwi.php on line 103

    Fatal error: Call to a member function getLayout() on a non-object in /var/www/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/magento-wordpress-integration/mwi.php on line 110

    when hitting the page. Its almost as if the site’s MWI is not configured correctly, except it is and the rest of the site is using it just fine.
