    Hi I have update ninja-forms to latest version & have the issue in wp-admin please review
    ” Notice: Undefined index: date_updated in /home/ladyf433/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms/deprecated/includes/admin/pages/ninja-forms/tabs/form-list/form-list.php on line 169 ”

    : Undefined index: form_title in /home/ladyf433/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms/deprecated/includes/admin/pages/ninja-forms/tabs/form-list/form-list.php on line 185

    Please review & update me what was the issue ?

    also have more issue in back-end
    ” Notice: unserialize(): Error at offset 2588 of 4500 bytes in /home/ladyf433/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ninja-forms/deprecated/includes/database.php on line 175 ”
