    we receive this error:
    Undefined index: Undefined index: action in ..\wp-content\plugins\add-search-to-menu\includes\class-is.php on line 66
    PHP 7.4.18
    Any idea?

    We using the latest update.
    Error is generated each 5 sec. and appear every ware on website (we use search forms every ware).

    I am seeing the exact same thing. It seems to be generated only when I try to edit a post, and then I get a 500 Error and this is dropped in debug.log

    Could you please try using the latest released plugin version 5.4.3?
