Undefined Function Error

    I have installed the plugin and am getting this error when I try to export anything.

    ‘Call to undefined function mb_list_encodings() in /home/betterth/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-exporter/includes/functions.php on line 1937’

    Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. I can’t export any products, tags, or, categories.
