Hello! I really need help right now. I tried the plugin and I loved it until I add the Newsletter form to link it to my mailchimp. My API key is right (checked a million time, tried with another API key…) and my LIST ID is right too. But when I try to put an email there is the “undefined” error. How can I do? I tried everything ??
    Thanks a lot !

    Hey guys,

Thank you for your interest sowing in our product, that’s means a lot for us. We have released a new version of the plugin 2 hours ago that fixed the issue.

Let us know if everything is working well now in your cases.

    Have a great day!

No, sorry, it still doesn’t work.

    Hi @sandeld,

That error usually occurs if the API key and/or List ID is not properly set (I think for Mailchimp).
Can you please check if they are set as I also had a hard time finding the List ID for Mailchimp because it’s called Audience ID and it’s nested deep inside the Mailchimp account.

We just released an update so please make sure you get it.

I checked all of my settings before posting my reply. Everything is correct and finding the list id is quite easy.

No, it’s not working. See my two replies above.

From your last two replies it’s not clear that you updated the plugin to the latest version as we kindly asked you to.
Also, it seems you’re using a caching plugin so be sure to clear the cache after the update.

It should clear. You posted saying “we updated the plugin.” I replied saying, “it still doesn’t work.” The word ‘still’ implies that I have updated it.

And yes, I have also cleared the cache every time.

The widget shows what error Mailchimp’s API sends and we have no control over that.

Awaiting your reply I did a thorough test of the widget and the only situation in which I could get the error message “The requested resource was not found” was when I had the correct API Key but an invalid List ID.

    It’s working now.
