    Hello @nguyenkimhau,

Thank you for taking the time to explain the problem you’re experiencing. I understand how important it is to get this resolved, and I’m here to help.

To address the issue, please try disabling the settings, as shown in the attached screenshot. You can do this by navigating to the QSM Sidebar > Settings > Under Main Settings and then disabling the options as per the screenshot . After making these changes, save them and see if the issue is resolved.

If this doesn’t solve the problem, please share the quiz URL where the issue occurred. This will allow us to investigate further and provide you with a more accurate solution.

Please know that I’m here to support you every step of the way. If the problem continues or if you have any other concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out. Your smooth experience with our product is our priority.

I look forward to your response.

    Kind regards,
    Sadiya

    Thank you for your answer.
I checked and there are no options enabled as shown in the picture. The error has been fixed but I don’t know what the cause is to limit these errors for my students. https://prnt.sc/_a-NOyub_a0t
