Can you please try to switch to the default Storefront theme and only WooCommerce plugin is enabled and see if this works?

If so, then this kind of problem is usually caused by your theme or a third-party plugin present on your site. We can run a conflict test to verify this. I’d recommend cloning your site to a staging environment and performing the tests described on this guide without modifying your live site or impacting customers. Many hosts provide staging facilities, so it’s worth checking in with them. It’s also possible to do it using the free WP Staging plugin.

If this was caused by a third-party plugin present on your site, it would be best to reach out to the developers for further assistance here.

If this did not resolve the issue, please share your System Status Report, that will help us further troubleshoot.

There is a fatal, but I think it’s not related:

You mentioned WooCommerce is already on the latest version, but according to the system status report, you’re on version 7.1.1.

I would like to note that three stable releases have been launched since 7.1.1, we’re currently in 7.2.2.

If you’ve already updated to no avail, you can try running a full conflict test by:

• Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
• Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
• Repeat the action that is causing the problem

If you’re not comfortable doing all of this on the live version of your site, you can create a staging environment using WP-STAGING.

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.

I’m still trying to understand whether you’re making fun of me or not.
When I started the discussion (2 weeks ago) WooCommerce last stable version was 7.1.1.
Now it’s 7.2.2 and my site is updated almost real time.

Beside that, you pointed at everything to be responsible of the issue except WooCommerce: third parts plugins, PHP version, theme, and so on.

Nothing is to be investigated EXCEPT of WooCommerce.

I can understand your point, troubleshooting is tricky sometimes.

To clarify, did you run a conflict test as recommended by my colleague? If not, please do it, and let us know the results.

In order to avoid affecting the live site, you can configure a staging site to run the test, if your host doesn’t offer that option, we recommend WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

If that does not help, please navigate under WooCommerce > System Status > Logs (check if there are any other error visible and let us know what you find).
