I’m unable to update my SSL cert using either HTTP or DNS. When I use the plugin it shows these two errors:

    • Warning: Undefined array key “contact” in?/home/user/MYDOMAIN.com/wp-content/plugins/ssl-zen/ssl_zen/lib/LEAccount.php?on line?143
    • Warning: Undefined array key “initialIp” in?/home/user/MYDOMAIN.com/wp-content/plugins/ssl-zen/ssl_zen/lib/LEAccount.php?on line?145

I have no idea where to start for fixing it, so if anyone has any ideas please let me know. I’ve had no issues in the past with SSL Zen. I have other websites that I’ve updated the certificate just now without any issues (they’re all on the same shared server so it’s specific to this website). I’ve also tried deactivating all other plugins to see if it was clashing with another plugin but it didn’t make any difference.

    Thanks for any help.

  • @chucklebuzz these are just warnings. You can safely ignore them for now. We will fix this in the next version.

I wasn’t able to update the SSL cert with these warnings, so there was no way to “safely ignore them”, the plugin simply wouldn’t let me renew the certificate. So I had to uninstall and switch to another plugin.
