    On a client’s site, the following error message and being constantly output to their PHP error_log

    [07-Jul-2024 19:41:45 UTC] PHP Warning: Undefined array key "path" in /home/REDACTED/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpforms-lite/src/Forms/IconChoices.php on line 128

    They are upto date and using v1.8.9.5

    Thank you for reaching out, and I’m sorry for the issue you’re facing.

    This issue should have been fixed in WPForms version 1.8.9.x.

    When you get a chance, please share the details from?WPForms > Tools > System Info?(screenshot). With this, we will be able to try to reproduce the issue locally and provide some information about the issue.

    @rsouzaam Thanks for following up.

    Since raising this, the client has switched out for another form plugin, which has then in turn resolved this issue.

    @rsouzaam Yes, of course. The client had really simple form needs, so this definitely wasn’t something against WPForms Lite. ??
