Uncrawlable Link

I am having issue in lighthouse SEO on Uncrawlable Link and issue shown is
a.af-my-account-admin is not crawlable. I am not the website for ecommerce, it is being used for product catalogue, there is no payment system or user account set up except the admin for the website. is there a way to work around this problem?
