    Hello,

    Hope you’re doing great.
    When we install your plugin, we lost all the photos/videos on our website. Now we had to desactivate it! Can you please explain to us this issue ?

    ps : We have php 7.3

    Alright, @badrtbk.

    We understand the issue here but we need to check it while the plugin is active.

    So, we suggest you to activate the plugin in a staging site(exact replica of the live) and share the URL here.
