    At that link there is a question that reads:

    “Does it work with WordPress.com”

    Answer:

    No, the plugin is designed to migrate from stand-alone WordPress installations. If you want to migrate from WordPress.com, please check the Guided Transfer service they offer.

    What does this mean?

    I want to transfer a WordPress Premium plan website to a SiteGround StarUp account.

    Is a WordPress Premium plan website a WordPress.com website? And if yes, then according to the documentation this will not work. Is this correct?
