Unchecking the box doesn’t work

    Does anyone else have the problem where the opt in email is send even though customers didn’t check the box?

    I finally figured it out, after weeks. The option to subscribe when commenting was selected. That causes customers to be subscribed when checking out, while the bos was unchecked.
