Unchecked multiselect category but still allow multiselect when submitting jobs

Besides this issue, last year when first started using this plugin, I found the Jobs page keyword search did not work. So I stopped using it. This year, I accidentally found it actually worked so I thought ths bug was fixed. But yesterday I realized it’s not working again. And deactivating all othe plugins did not solve the problem.

I just tried to submit a report via the support page you referred me to but got the following response after clicking Submit:

“This form is for pre-sales questions only. If you’ve purchased one of our core extensions, visit our support page. Otherwise, please visit the support forums.”

I have not purchased any add-on yet.

It appears your system allows only either pre-sale question or one has to be a paid customer.
