Unchecked fields after saving

you may get a warning after saving the settings. can you take a screenshot after saving the settings and share with me please?

Hello – I am receiving the same issue on a dedicated godaddy server with php7.4
Was there ever a resolution on this? I looked at the error_log and there was nothing in there.

I am not talking about the php error. wp fastest cache may warn you.
