• Hello,

I have the “On sale” filter which is automatically check.

How to uncheck in default ?

Furthemore is it possible to filter automatically when I check a filter (ex: category, price,…) without click on the “search button” ?

    Thanks for your reply

    Hi,

    1. The “On Sale” isn’t checked by default, also it is not possible to check filters by default, the only filters will be checked are when you are on the filter’s active page, eg. if you are on Category A, then Category A will be checked by default.

    2. If you remove Submit Button from your Filter, then the filter will automatically filter when you check anything, but with Submit Button Added to your Filter: first you select all options you want to apply, then press the button.

    Hi Julien,

The “On Sale” shouldn’t be checked by default, please contact us via email at [email protected] so we can forward this issue to our developer if needed.
