    Hello @luislu

Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
Can you please disable minify in Perfirmance>General settings, save all settings and purge the cache and see if the issue persists?
If the issue is gone, re-enable minify, and disable the settings in Performance>minify one by one (HTML minify, JS minify, CSS minify) and see which one might be causing the issue.
Make sure to save all settings and purge the cache after each option is disabled.
    Thanks!

The minify setting is not shown in the Performance>General settings: https://picshack.net/ib/OEL4Dn8ihO, is there any other way to disable minify function?

    Hello @luislu

    Well this is awkward!

Can you please share how did you enable Minify in the first place?
Please go to Performance>General settings, and scroll down to the Import/Export area

Download the .json file and open that file with any text editor. Find "minify.enabled": true, and rename it to "minify.enabled": false, and save the text file

Upload that file to in the same Imort/export area and let me know if Minify is disabled

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I enabled it on the general setting before, the plugin was working well. Then, I upgraded Nginx from 1.4.2 to 1.6.3. One day, I found that W3TC had this fatal error. I don’t know why.

https://picshack.net/ib/OEL4Dn8ihO This is the general setting page now. It only shows the page cache setting; all other functions and settings are gone. I cannot access the Import/Export area or the Minify area.

I only enabled HTML minify function, since I have been using perfmatters to minify JS and CSS.

    Hello @luislu

    Thank you for your feedback.
Does the initial issue persists now that the Minify is disabled in the W3 Total Cache?
Is there a chance you would be willing to completly rmeove and re-install the W3 Total Cache and let me know if the problem persists?
    Thanks!

    Hello @luislu

    Thank you for your feedback.
Can you please let me know if you can disable the Browser Cache in the general settings, save all settings and purge the cache and let me know if the problem persists?
Also, any chance that you can share the website URL?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Except for MINIFY, all other functions can be used normally.

I followed this post: https://www.boldgrid.com/support/question/w3-total-cache-fatal-error/, but it doesn’t help. Yesterday, I deactivated the plugin directly, removed it, and then re-installed it. After that, this issue is fixed now!

    Thank you very much.
