I’m not sure what the error was, but the website was restored only after the host rebooted

Hi?@malagebidi Thanks for getting in touch and sharing the PHP error you have encountered. It sounds like you may no longer be facing this issue after your website was restored is that correct? If that’s the case then it may be difficult for us to recreate this and troubleshoot but I will certainly pass this on to the team to investigate further.

If you do still see the same could you please share the following:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately if preferred. Please also include your hosting provider here.
    2. Do you see any warnings or errors when checking your Site Health status (Tools > Site Health > Status), which differs from your Site Health information? Such errors may include REST endpoint references.
    3. Any further PHP logs you may have as well as screenshots or recordings of the fatal error.

Let me know if you have any questions in the meantime.

As we didn’t receive a response I’ll mark this as resolved. Feel free to?open a new support topic?if you continue to encounter issues, or reopen this topic and we’d be happy to assist.
