• Hi inspy team,

first of all thanks for your plugin.

Here’s our issue: Unfortunately on our checkout page the payment options (PayPal, CreditCard, Invoice…) are not shown. Instead the console throws this error:

    Uncaught TypeError: Z.base64 is undefined.

This seems to happen in /wp-content/plugins/woo-paypalplus/public/js/front.min.js.
I gave you the URL of the shop so you can investigate this after you add a product to the cart and go to the checkout.

We have another WordPress site that runs with Divi and the same plugins and on this site the payment options are shown correctly. Also google couldn’t give us any helpful advice.

    Looking forward to your answer.

    Regards,
    Stefan & Lisa

    Hi @stefahn,

Some users recently reported an issue with the Divi theme and I’m not sure if that has been fixed entirely already by the Elegant Themes team.
    Could you please try this?
Divi / Theme Options / Performance / Defer jQuery And jQuery Migrate: Deactivate.
If that doesn’t help, does the issue persist when you disable all other plugins except for WooCommerce and PayPal Plus and activate the default theme Storefront?

Also, are both sites using the same credentials?
It is usually recommended to create separate API credentials for every site.
    Thanks!

    Kind regards,
    Niklas

    Thanks for your reply.

It seems a Divi update fixed the issues a few days after I posted my question.

    Hi Stefan,

    Thanks for the update.
As it appears to be working again with the latest Divi version, I mark this thread resolved.

    Kind regards,
    Niklas
