Uncaught TypeError: | THEME.BUNDLE ERROR

    Hey guys, i am actually a pro costumer… but my issue is very urgent and i try a couple of days to reach the support without any success…

    1. I stuck with 1 error on mobile-only ( don’t know why but some element in the mobile blocked )

    2. Touchmove / Listener:

    This showing now “Autoptimize” file now… but is because “Autoptmize” plugging optimize JQuary…

    I even tried open a topic on this in Autoptimize but we find out we can’t do anything
    about JQuary because the THEME uses it…
    and this was a warning, i didn’t think is a big deal…

    but after a week, google search console start show me LCP of 7 sec on mobile.
    On the computer everything is fine…

    NOW! listen carefully.
    when i change the preview in the devtool to mobile and click on any
    button i got an error!

    I pretty sure is connected to the touchmove, and because “touchmove” only on mobiles
    this showing the error only on a mobile preview… takes me time to see this error.
    the error has an impact on SEO and PPC, this issue is an emergency case and i need your help guys.

    Ok… so i got something and this is JQuary and JMigrate.
    WordPress 5.5 update himself and remove this scripts.

    Is means all the plugins and the “THEMES” need to be upgraded their code… FAST!!!

    Mesmerize need to update the code emergency, your THEME work only with JQMigrate and JQuary, and the issue reflect with error on the mobile, warning on the desktop, and “touchmove” issue.

    The only solution i found for now is a plugin from the WordPress Team (wordspress.org)
    The plugin called: JQMigrate Helper

    build specially for the upgrade of WordPress and activate JQMigrate only…
    all the errors change to warning and JQMigrate is activated…. is give more time
    to the developers to upgrade there code.

    BUT!!
    because this JQMigrate we get TTFB Respond of 600 – 700ms on google page speed.
    without JQMigrate and the error in the mobile, we have 0.08 TTFB…

    Is because WordPress 5.5 is faster, stronger build WITHOUT!!! JQMigrate and Jquery!
    you must remove them from the code, this issue has an impact, is so big
    on SEO and even PPC with the new quality score google did now.

    you must fix it, this is not a little issue.
    by the way, i am a PRO COSTUMER and my theme is professional on all my sites.
    (not the free templet), i needed to get support via the websites but nobody answers.

    I had similar issue and was told I need to resubscribe to the theme, at a cost, (I purchased a while ago) just to get an update to fix this. I didn’t think that was very fair so changed to a competitor.

    They must support that, people build sites with this THEME, sites worth thousands of dollars, we are pro costumers. we paid to be updated, we paid to this developer, he must
    the support that if not he be reported to www.remarpro.com his THEME NOT COMPILED TO WORDPRESS 5.5.

    This is how the world work and he know that in the minute he sells is WordPress THEME
    throw WordPress and use WordPress 5.5 and www.remarpro.com platform he must be updated.

    You must find a solution and fast! JQMigrate and JQuary is old development and now
    WordPress remove them and want to upgrade the Jquery core to 3.0!!!!!!!!
    is in google search console and google page speed!!!

    BEFORE 3 MONTS AGO!!! THIS WAS NEED TO BE FIXED ALREADY BY MESMERIZE:

    In these days… a THEME did not work by WordPress and google laws is wrote nothing.
    and exposed to bad reviews and bad reports.

    OK, so good news and bad news,
    The premium support contact me and fix the error, but apparently, we figure out
    Mesmerize Theme did an update Yesterday night (9.8.2020) is was in around 12 am
    little before but is around the day…

    they change all the function and again… not compiled to WordPress 5.5
    from TTFB of 0.08 we got now (after the support fix the error) we still got 680ms
    is exactly more 600ms…

    i still waiting to respond to one of the agents… but is looks like they do not take me
    series and ignore me. ( this after i paid 149 the most expensive pack for all my websites ).

    I wake up this morning and see all the shifting go down from semrush.. ( exactly when
    we update to code and fix the error.. interesting ah? )

    This because google cant renders…. issue does not solve actually…
    they only hide it somehow but still, all the THEME is not compiled
    to WordPress 5.5

    like you see i will not give up… i have 3 sites any site with 120 pages.
    to change THEME for me is more than a nightmare is maybe impossible…

    i will not give up until they fix it. and if they not i will take care
    people will know what they do to their premium clients…
    THIS ALREADY VERY SHAMEFUL I AM A PREMIUM CUSTOMER ASK FOR HELP IN THE FREE SUPPORT.

    The issue is not the THEME, i am sorry and when i am wrong i know to say i am wrong, developer called me and support the issue.

    I am sorry again,
    support was too late but still is not a reason say bad things on something is not true.
