Uncaught TypeError: params.append

    Hi.
    My site comes up with this error when trying to submit the WP-CRM form on my site:

    Uncaught TypeError: params.append is not a function
    at submit_this_form ((index):586)
    at HTMLInputElement.<anonymous> ((index):581)
    at HTMLInputElement.dispatch (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:3)
    at HTMLInputElement.r.handle (jquery.js?ver=1.12.4:3)
    script.js?ver=4.7.2:9 627

    The easiest way to reproduce it is to tab while filling out information in the textboxes.

    I replied to a similar topic about this 3 weeks ago and never heard back from you. I also contacted you directly on your site, and did not get a response.

    This is a problem on Chrome, Safari + Explorer on a Mac + Windows OS.
