I am playing around with a new Theme (Publisher) as soon this Theme is active i don’t get the Entrys in the Directory shown correctly. The Theme Support told me that this could be the Problem:

jquery.js?ver=3.6.0:4059 Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(...).tooltip is not a function
        at aui_init_tooltips
        at aui_init_tooltips ((index):368:5870)
        at aui_init ((index):368:19748)
        at geodir_setup_search_form (geodirectory.js?ver=2.2.7:927:9)
        at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (geodirectory.js?ver=2.2.7:592:5)
        at mightThrow (jquery.js?ver=3.6.0:3766:29)
        at process (jquery.js?ver=3.6.0:3834:12)

    Any Ideas in this?

Hello @alexrollin – So basically this is not resolved, so why are you marking it as resolved? Just to have a better statistics?

I so not like to register for a free plug in into a extrenal forum, i know if you are working in the WP-Forum that this can need longer. But that is not a problem. You should resolve problems here directly as this will help other in case they are searching for solutions ??

    Hi @leogc,

Our team will ask you to open a ticket on our site of a developer is needed, the dev’s work through a ticket system only. Alex closed the ticket as he thought there was no more to do here. We usually post the answers here to so others can learn ??

JS errors can be a pain to track down, of you can post a link to your site that might help.

Off hand the only thing i can think to check would be to make sure the default settings are set unser WP Settings > AyeCode UI.

    Thanks,

    Stiofan

    Hi @stiofansisland ,

i understand that, but maybe, just in cas of other having the some trouble, it woul dbe better to have this treats visable with solutions, right? Save time for the users and saves time for the Support ??

Anyway i have decided to shout down my testings with the new theme, as this causes many other problems not just with Geodirectory, so i guess this Theme (Publisher from Betterstudio) is not well set up.

    Tanks and solved!
