Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘replace’ of undefined

We are using WPML and translated the form. Used the codes the forms looks fine but we get error everytime trying subcribe.

Field MMERGE1 giving error? Any idea?. Should I remove this field or give it a new name?
