Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'editor' of undefined

Your plugin is causing an error when I try to edit any of my media files. It doesn’t let me see the WordPress “screen options” on that editing page and it is throwing some JS error:
It also doesn’t let me edit the permalink for the media file.
As soon as I disable your plugin it works just fine.
