Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘value’)

I just updated to wp 5.9.1 and Ultimate Addons to 1.9.0 (php 7.4)and am now getting the following error in devtools console in the WP backend as soon as I go to WP dashboard:
UPDATE: This only happens when Form Styling is active, If I turn it off the error goes away.
