Uncaught TypeError: Cannot convert object to primitive value

jQuery 3.5 seems to have an issue that’s breaking Bootstrap JS components (like accordion). I updated jQuery Updater plugin and it caused the accordion on my site to be non-functional (throwing Uncaught TypeError: Cannot convert object to primitive value #14922 when trying to click to open).

Is there an option to possibly revert back to a more stable version like jQuery 3.4?
