    Hi there,
I’m hoping you can help me with a little problem I’m having.
After implementing the SSL certificate, the widget stopped displaying on the page.
I’ve checked the console and this is the error I’m getting:

twk-vendor.js:2 Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected end of input

I’ve already changed the URL in the application, but I’m still getting this error.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank you in advance.

    I’m having the same issue.

Yesterday it was working fine, today it throws this error message, the same that you got. I’ve not changed any code in the meantime.

It’s driving me nuts, I’ve been searching for the cause for 90 minutes now, but it must be something on their end.

Hi, this it a known issue and should be fixed by clearing your browser cache.

I’m afraid that doesn’t change anything. It even occurs to completely new visitors, who have never accessed the site before and thus have no cache of it at all.

@studiomondiale can you share your site link? It would help us investigate further

I just stumbled upon the solution by accident: I had to reset the password for my main account. No reason given, I just had to. It’s a shame I got no email notification or something. I only discovered it by accident because the main account is barely used, we mainly use sub-accounts to log in.

Hi @studiomondiale , you were right about resetting the password. That did the trick. Thanks a lot.
    It works again.
