    Hello,
I’m not sure if another plugin is overriding your plugin but I am getting this error and thus breaks the execution of owl-carousel in the Porto Theme. Disabling your plugin bring the product carousel back. I have noticed though, even though it shows that error, typing “ga” directly into the Chrome Dev Console returns a function. Could it be that the theme is causing an issue or the function is being called before being actually defined?

    Hi,

Thank you for getting back to us!

We did a quick look of your store found that our plugin is activated on your store.

We request you to activate our plugin on your site and get back to us.

Additionally, “ga not defined” error occurred because maybe you do not enable the option “Add Enhanced Ecommerce Tracking code” from the settings tab of our plugin.

Due to which our plugin is unable to initialize “ga” tracker on your store.

    Hope that helps!

    Thanks & Regards!

    Hi there.

Even I’m also experiencing the same error since this morning. I’ve not changed anything.
See the below screenshot for error:

My settings are not changed and already enabled the option that you’ve mentioned. See the settings:

    Hi Ravi,

    Thank you for contacting us!

As we can see in the screenshot; you haven’t enabled “Add Universal Analytics Tracking Code” (screenshot) so you are getting this error.

We request you to enable “Add Universal Analytics Tracking Code” from our plugin & verify it again.

    Hope this Helps!

    Thanks & Regards!
