Uncaught ReferenceError

  • Hi,

    I’m unable to click on the social sharing buttons on desktop. When I checked the Developer tools console, I see this error
    Uncaught ReferenceError: heateorSssPopup is not defined at HTMLElement.onclick ((index):125)

    It works just fine on mobile browsers. How to fix this?

    Hi there,

    It seems to be caused by the cache plugin you are using. Try disabling that or try excluding the wp-content/plugins/sassy-social-share/public/js/sassy-social-share-public.js file from cache just to check if this makes any difference.

    Hello, I am testing the plugin, but I have the same problem (but not in mobile):
    “Uncaught ReferenceError: heateorSssPopup is not defined at HTMLElement.onclick ((index):297)”
    But do not use a cache plugin.
    Could you help me find the solution, I will gladly upgrade to take advantage of Pro features after it is working on this site:

    @sandroeg We are unable to reproduce this scenario at our test environment. This, probably, seems to be caused by conflict with some other plugin. You would like to try keeping only this plugin active for a while just to check if this makes any difference.
