    Hello,

first of all: execellent plugin. Unfortunately the PayPal option gives us a problem.

At the moment we run Braintree and Paypal in a sandbox enviroment, the connection was succesfull. When we now try to pay with PayPal the console always gives the following error and we can’t submit the checkout form:

Uncaught (in promise) ReferenceError: paypal is not defined in get_funding() in /wp-content/plugins/woo-payment-gateway/assets/js/frontend/paypal.js?ver=3.2.40

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Take care
    Florian

    Hi @wearekolossum

Are you able to share a website url? Do you have multiple PayPal plugins enabled at the same time which can cause a conflict?

Did you connect your PayPal account via the Braintree console?

    Kind Regards,

    Hey @mrclayton ,

thanks for your answer. Here are mine:

    – Only your plugin is enabled as payment
    – I will share our URL as a private message as we are not live right now and can’t put it in the open
    – I connected our PayPal Sandbox Account via Braintree Sandbox
    – The “Test sandbox connection” button says “Connection successful”
    – In Chrome i can now place an order via PayPal (at least i can click on the PayPal button) but then get the error “Customer ID unknow” (i use a PayPal Sandbox accounbt)
    – In Firefox i still get the uncaught promise, but now with this info:

There was an error loading the PayPal SDK. Please provide the following details to your plugin developer.PayPal config: {"displayName":"Shop the Drop","clientId":"ATLwsx1v1VYp_obfK22islTphqETVfcwbsCNyLLCmKzFmglqlRPHNnoFDlhCXG4uRpyPL4Y2uKjc10mT","privacyUrl":"https://example.com/pp","userAgreementUrl":"https://example.com/tos","assetsUrl":"https://checkout.paypal.com","environment":"offline","environmentNoNetwork":false,"unvettedMerchant":false,"braintreeClientId":"masterclient3","billingAgreementsEnabled":true,"merchantAccountId":"shopthedrop-usd","payeeEmail":null,"currencyIsoCode":"USD"}PayPal SDK query: undefined

    Hope this helps.

    Take care
    Florian

@mrclayton seems like i can’t send you a private message. Can i send you the URL via email or somehow else?
