• Hello.
I’ve activated one of the plugin options on the multisite backoffice, and now it gives me a fatal error:

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught exception 'Exception' with message 'Alert with code "5001" has not be registered.' in /wp-content/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/classes/AlertManager.php:86, referer: https://mysite.com/wp-admin/network/plugins.php

thrown in /wp-content/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/classes/AlertManager.php on line 86, referer: https://mysite.com/wp-admin/network/plugins.php

I’ve already deleted the options prefixed with WPPH_ and dropped the table wp_wordpress_auditlog_events and I still get that fatal on activation.

    Any help?

    HI Henrique,

Sorry to hear you’ve encountered problems. Some questions:

    1. Which option are we talking about here?
    2. Which version of the plugin are you using?

The tables you mentioned are from an older version of the plugin. If you’ve done an upgrade you can delete them.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

I’ve activated the 4 options as seen on https://ps.w.org/wp-security-audit-log/assets/screenshot-2.png?rev=918020 (Developer Options).

    It is the latest version.

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi Henrique,

Sorry for the delay in replying. We identified the issue and have a fix. You can download the fix / latest non public version of the plugin from the following link.

P.S. sometimes the link from here does not work. If that is the case right click the link, copy the link and paste it in a new browser window.

Even though it is not available to the public, this version is tested. To update your plugin, please follow the below procedure:

    1. Disable the plugin from WordPress

    2. Using FTP delete the plugin directory (/website/wp-content/plugins/wp-security-audit-log/)

    3. Extract the zip file you’ve just downloaded

    4. Upload the new update of the plugin

    5. Activate the plugin

Can you please advise us if the fix works or not? It should work though would be great if you can confirm to us.

Thank you for reporting the issue and looking forward to hearing from you.

    Thanks for your help!

    Hi Atpoole,

We just issued a fixed in version 1.2.6 of the plugin today. Please download the latest version and advise.

Thanks a lot for using our plugin and have a great day.

Unfortunately the exact error still appears. I tried doing a fresh install (removing wsal tables and reinstalling plugin) and error still appears when you activate and delete plugin. Error does not appear when you deactivate.
