uncaught error when importing template

I’ve tried these templates on my setup and didn’t find the issue that you’ve mentioned.

However since the Fatal Error throws from Templately plugin end, it should not happen and I’ve just forwarded to the dev team to investigate this. I will keep you updated with this.

Also note that ‘My Cloud’ menu link displays the ‘No Item’ image yet I’ve been logging in using this for a few days now. Now its not showing. However, i can log into ‘my cloud’ when i go to the Templately website and login directly.

Also, the My Cloud issue that you’ve mentioned is strange. It’s really hard to say the possible issue without knowing the account details of Templately. As per WordPress Org rules, let’s not share it here.

When i use the import/download button on another page it tells me i can’t import header templates unless I’m using Elementor Pro; which i am not. This, then is the problem. You should make it clear somewhere in the Templately plugin interface that this is the case.

You’re correct! Our dev team already identified the issue and fixed this in one of the dev branches. You can download and replace Templately from here to resolve the Fatal Error issue: https://d.pr/f/3m2YCu

We’re planning to release this version as soon as possible.

Regarding importing the Header and Footer template without Elementor Pro, you can just create a page and then import those templates on that page separately like this video: https://d.pr/v/OOyqMT

If you follow my procedure, you can’t set the condition to populate the header all around your website though. You need to import it on every page.

However, I can give you another idea. From your Site Health, I can see that you’re using Elementor Header & Footer Builder plugin. So all you can do is, after importing the header template on your page, you can copy the whole section and then paste that on that plugin and set conditions from there. This will also solve your purpose I believe.
