Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: [name=]
-
Hello WordPress,
I am trying to expand the dropdown menu under my About page. If you click on the hamburger item on the top left and try clicking the About menu item, you’ll come to find it doesn’t expand. It should show three sub pages (About Reborn Hair PPP, Mission and Goals, and My Inspiring Story).
Here is my website: https://www.resurrectedhair.net/testingppp11/
Google developer tools is showing the following error:
Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: [name=] jquery.js:1
at Function.fa.error (jquery.js:1)
at fa.tokenize (jquery.js:1)
at fa.select (jquery.js:1)
at Function.fa (jquery.js:1)
at Function.a.find (jquery-migrate.min.js:2)
at n.fn.init.find (jquery.js:1)
at n.fn.init.a.fn.find (jquery-migrate.min.js:2)
at a.fn.init.n.fn.init (jquery.js:1)
at new a.fn.init (jquery-migrate.min.js:2)
at n (jquery.js:1)It seems like to fix the error, the file is located under wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js
This problem only happens on PC and tablet screen sizes. It works fine on cell phone screens.
Do you know how I can fix this issue? I am running the latest wordpress 4.9.5.
Any prompt help would be graciously appreciated as I am on the final stages of launching my website very soon, but can’t because of this holdup.
Thank you!
All my best,
Joe
