Uncaught Error – plugin not active

    PHP error log flagged Hello Dolly plugin. Plugin was not active when error occurred. Plugin was installed during default WordPress setup/ install. 

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function add_action() in /wordpress/core/5.7.2/wp-content/plugins/hello.php:69
